Sometimes I do a double take when I see mine in different light, amazing how the ambient light can have such a difference on a non metallic color. View attachment 150782View attachment 150783

This is a really good example of how the color changes in different lighting. Starting to regret doing what I always do- black lol

when i came home w/ my new Black raptor after shopping around a bit (was a kinda under pressure as my previous truck was declared total loss & thus no rental coverage...black on black GMC all terrain) My then 4 year old son looks it over & says “this truck is cooler than the old one”

I say “well yeah this is kinda a special truck it’s a raptor” from then on he only referred to it as “the waptah” lol....but he goes “soooo dad ahhh, did they not have any other colors? Maybe blue or green?”

my vette is black, my last 2 GM
Trucks were black & my G8 GT before that? Black lol

I had 14 black vehicles in a row and still have 2 of them. When I ordered my 2017 Raptor I decided I'm getting too friggen old to keep 3 black vehicles looking good so I ordered lightning blue. I love that color and it was much easier to maintain than black. Unfortunately that color went away after 2018 or I would have got that color again on my 2020 and most people wouldn't even know I had a new truck. When I first got my 2017 everyone said it seems weird seeing you in a truck that isn't black.

My ‘17 was black. Doesn’t show the lines of the truck very well IMHO and I love black cars.

My ‘19 was Performance Blue and I tired of it.

I always thought white was the color I wanted for my next Raptor as the hood vent and side vents really pop.

Then I came upon my current ‘20 Lead Foot. I gotta say, when I owned multiple Porsches, once in a while someone at a gas pump would admire it.

But the Lead Foot, everyone I show a pic to absolutely loves it and says what a beautiful truck it is. And I agree. Oh, and without the decals it looks so much cleaner.
