What kind of power increases are seen with the long tubes and exhaust??

The Stainless Works headers have been dyno'd numerous times consistently around + 30-35 HP and torque.

Anyone done just headers? How is the power increase with just that one change?

How about noise/sound header only? Everything else stock.

Same. Did a lot of research before buying. Think kooks manufacturing quality is generally the best. Like the green cats, as well.

ARH is local, though, and very popular around here. I have never heard anything bad about them.
