To be honest.

The reason I went with king was because of horrible customer service from Fox on my gen1. That only got worse when they went public.

as with anything, I guess the experience is subjective.

I feel like I'm covered based on the caliber of the reseller I'm using and the caliber of the suspension company I'm using.

Hell, Fox doesn't provide or publish any guidance for tuning/setting the DSC 3.0s with the newer bridge tech on them. Thankfully RPG is well versed in fox shock voodoo.

I finally just heard a response today after I reminded them again.

Their solution is to turn the spring 90, 180, 270 to see where it doesn’t rub.

2. Remove the shock collar protector(not a fan of this idea)

3. Replace the spring.

So when I get back from Germany in a week I’ll mess with the spring and if it doesn’t fix it I’ll request a replacement coil.

Btw/ king also said this was normal. My truck sounds like it’s been in a field for 60 years.

are you sure the spring collar on the bottom is properly seated?

both sides are doing this, or only one side?

One side on mine. I haven’t had the chance to rotate the spring as King suggested. Just got back in the USA this morning.

Real loud, like makes ur truck sound like shit? Or just loud enough for you to hear a bit of clicking?
