I've been taking pictures, but haven't uploaded them yet. Just a FYI, no screws. It's held together by the 6 solder points on the board as I learned when trying. Broke a few of them and desoldered the rest.

Just my .02, as of now, don't mess with it. it's not as easy as I have hoped and this isn't my first rodeo with LEDs.. My name is DEL and spelled backwards is LED, lol... True statement and right now after 10+ years in the LED game this is my BIGGEST challenge... I'm ordering a spare tonight, put stock door handle back on minus key pad so I can use truck in mean time.

I saved someone the headache of how to remove the board! LOL As for me, I'm not 100% sure how the LEDs are wired, but appears 3 are in series and 2 are in series. Sort of hard to follow them on the board.

At any rate, I have a new key pad on the way. I also have something else up my sleeve for a color change and it'll be cake for anyone to do that wishes to. :)

I'll post the pictures I took last night in a few hours for a heads up on what's inside.

ya i got the board out but it wasn't easy and broke a pin in the process the solder wick just doesn't cut it for getting all the solder off these boards. going to need to get some better equipment like a desoldering gun if i want to attempt this on a regular bases. just waiting to get the leds in.

After I couldn't upload the pictures I got side tracked and forgot. I'll post 'em up tonight.

Both my new pad and the other stuff has been shipped, supposedly will have them mid week. Sucks not having a keypad, haha!

That board is a pain in the ass for sure. If they made a plug for the board, it'd be 10x easier to open up.

Ya a real pain that's why I think a desolder gun would make life alot easier. you can tell it was never made to be taken apart.
