So....

1. They can't get the signal from just the FOB sitting by your front door, IT MUST BE USED TO LOCK or UNLOCK etc.
2. They have to access the kick panel fuse box, pull the fuse, then use the "blank or un-programmed" fob in the cup holder to drive away

Is that right?

Then,

1. Don't use the fob to lock unlock. I never did on my Camaro for the same reason. I think the Raptor has an option to lock the doors automatically after some time, like 30 seconds (maybe a forscan option? i can't remember where i saw that feature).
1.5. A faraday cage or other contraption to store your key is kinda useless (if my assumptions are correct).
2. Lock the fuse box?
or
3. Stash the Raptor in a barn, let it sit for 50 years, then "find it".

anyway, wish Ford would come up with a solution...

Thought of this also , fill up key FOB hole in cup holder with JB weld or epoxy. Black RTV if you wanted to dig it out later . That would sure slow them down . Change Fob batteries out every year.

Cant really lock the fuse box I might use the barn idea lol

definetly not using the fob is a good idea but they also can use a variety of ways to get into the cabin, slim Jim , artisanal tools ect...

Maybe some enterprising vendor could make us a locking ‘floor’ plate to the cup holder key slot.

What if you bypassed the fuse in the kick panel, essentially hardwiring it there? You could add in a fuse somewhere else, if you knew where the wires connect to. Basically, couldn’t you make it so that even if you pulled the fuse, the wire would still be connected? The fuse in the kick panel would just be for “show” at that point, and the actual fuse would be located somewhere else. What fuse number are we talking about here? Is there a way to find out what wire colors connect to it so that we could see how to add in an additional fuse somewhere else?
