You can build your own Raptor equal to the Shelby Baja 700 for about 15K +/- less.
Now if you do all the work yourself you can save even more.

@MTF and @Biggest are the two main reasons why I'd just fund mods individually instead of buying some big brand name package. The only time I'd do otherwise would be a in the case of something like a true factory high performance version (Raptor XT or similar based off a dedicated race version). While the GT500 is a Shelby, it's only licensing the Shelby name and maybe they provide some development input while Ford produces the vehicle. That's completely different than buying a brand new vehicle as a donor vehicle to drop off with Shelby America or any similar outfit.

Shelby f150s are a ripoff. You will never be able to sell that for anywhere near that. It's not a Ford package, it's an aftermarket price gouging package. If you want all that done to an F150, buy an XLT and go to town. Then go get a used Shelby GT500 with the money.

I'd personally build your SE.

It would seem silly to me to trade a Raptor for a narrow body Shelby F150 when the new Raptor is right around the corner. Assuming you could live with the V6, of course.
