Thanks guys. As said above, the frequency of the LED lights are synched with the frame rate of the camera, so it looks like they are blinking.

Haha.. Yea, damn near! It started out about half the size that he has it at now and he just keeps making it bigger. Pretty sure it won't get any bigger than it is now tho since he has brought it almost all the way to the property line now.
