Thanks for the kind words Frogman... I assumed that Dan was speaking 'tongue in cheek' ... but I felt the need to counter the growing tempest with a little oil on the waters. Just me <G>. I will take you up on that round... but I fear it will take more than one <G>. I get the feeling we are twin brothers by different mothers.

I assumed the same parts content as you did... close to 100 percent if you include NAFTA content. Too bad NAFTA is like all the other programs in the world, like Welfare and the school system... it's a great Idea, with the greed and stupidity of man ******** it all up in a short time...

some of you people are just plain wacked out in the head. Most if not all of your ancestors came from Europe or another country. the only true americans are the Native American Indians. Anyway.......

most countries were founded, or were made by wars...The Cold War, the Civil War, the spanish american war....and so on..

so i would say the original founders of this said continent are the native americans....but in fact the true americans derived from our great fathers (or murderers or whatever you want to call them) that took over, killed or fought for this land, to be called the united states of america.

Look at Africa, that place is all screwed up...

@Jesse: Yes i will never disagree that America is the baddest country on the entire planet "and". The best American motor company has built the best and most capable off road truck w/warranty on the planet. But to say that "so i would say the original founders of this said continent are the native americans" is not all true. Yes they were the start of a new and improved USA but the original Americans that were here well before our four fathers were are the true Americans and are still a part of what this country was and still is. Our four fathers have made them live on Indian reservations. Yes they do have the choice to live else where and some do/some don't. So don't even try to start to say the=at our four fathers "found" this country/continent" it was always here and so were the "Native Americans" remember there just might be o some Native Americans on this sight so lets all not go down that road. All I am saying is that there were people here before our four fathers were and simply put "we" did not find this land we took it!!!

DJ BFG - Why does your history lesson only start 200 years ago with the Europeans forcing out the Indians. The first people to arrive in the North America were most likely seal hunters from Spain and France 13,500 to 19,000 years ago. People have been fighting over this land for a long time, and it's difficult to pick any one group out of history and say they are the "true native Americans". The Mexicans had a pretty good hold on Texas (they thought they owned it) and some of European guys with **** skin caps kicked their butts out of here. The Indians got a raw deal too, but remember there were numerous tribes of Indians here, and many of them were fighting with each other over territory when we arrived. It's not like they had it all sorted out before we got here. Counties aren't founded on a first come, first serve basis - they are founded on who has the best military. We have long had the best military in the world - and that's what makes this Country ours!
