At Laramie take Wyoming 130 west to Centennial, then to Medicine Bow Peak. West of the pass there are some Forest Service roads heading north-ish. Or just stay on 130 which loops you back to I-80.

you can go play in the kilpecker sand dunes about 30 min north of rock springs. a lot of the surrounding trails are high speed
