Just had a shop install icon leaf springs. I currently have about 350-400lb of weight on the back all the time. With stock leafs i was little under 40” on the back. I wanted option 2 but they end up doing option 3. Not sure if i like the extra stiffness. Now i am sitting at 45” in the back and 40” in the front.
Should i take out a leaf? Or get a leveling kit for the front?

yea shop knows about it. I just didnt have time to drop it off for another dull day.

Soft stock leafs felt nice driving on a forest/gravel roads Im afraid option 3 might be too firm? Correct me if im wrong. Just dont want to change the characterstic of what raptor was suppose to do.

You aren’t hauling enough weight to justify option 3 according to ICON’s specs. I’d have them re-install what you asked them to originally

drove around for couple hundred miles and i don't mind the little firmness seem to ride pretty smooth. The only problem i had is since rear is 5" higher than front it was kind of awkward driving nose down. I am planning to get geisers up front should I go with 2.5? or 3? also any problems i am going to run into driving with rear jacked up meanwhile?

I feel as though with statements such as "don't mind" and "seem to ride pretty smooth" you are trying to talk yourself into keeping it as is. I'd just go have them install what you wanted. If you are going to add more height to the front, you will hopefully be also added some more tire. That's quite the gap.

And yes to your original point....you are changing the characteristic of what the Raptor was supposed to do.

option 2 will be better and it will be more level once you do 2.5 or 3 up front. that is way too high and it will mess with your pinion angle a bit. You may not mind the stiffness but go down to option 2 and you will probably like the ride a lot better.
