Where the heck did you find 93 octane? The highest I can find in Portland right now is 91. I'd love to run 93 in the mustang if there's a place with it.

I obtain that grade of gas at a Chevron station on 138 just out of Roseburg heading east. I always have used it for the past seven years in my old truck also.

So with 93 you get better gas mileage

Does the increase in price of gas offset the gas mileage

The price is less expensive than Shell and more expensive than Arco. Because it it not next to the freeway it is reasonable. This Chevron station is also has a relative small truck station in back for big rigs to fill up. They are always busy. I guess it keeps the price down.

"Does the increase in price of gas offset the gas milage?" I really don't know or care. I just want the best gas I can get and for me this is what I use.
