What's the next best/cheaper alternatives then? I def want crisp and thinking since I had the pro Boston acoustics in my last truck that I would try focals but I'm not too familiar with which direction to go?

Good question. My system was built for performance not for cost so I don't really know what the less expensive alternatives are. I am sure someone else has done this and can help. When I finished everything it was close to 5k on mine.
