I’m proud to be a jen1 jerker! I’ll never go for a v6 that’s spin to the moon and gonna break down left and right.
I spent time looking at the new Shelby Raptors while having mine serviced and outside of the improved electronics I didn’t see any reason to buy one. They want a buck twenty for those things.
My Gen1 can be supercharged to match any conceivable horsepower level the 3.5 could ever hope to produce. Likewise, my suspension can be built to match any that ever hit dirt on a Gen2. AND...I would save a minimum of $50,000 doing it, plus have a truck that truly is “limited” in build numbers, whereas the new ones are being slapped together by the hundreds of thousands.
