The only reason I'm not liked here is that I'm expressing opinions about the '17 (within the '17 section) that are positive comments. For whatever reason these guy don't like guys who like it. And they keep quoting and posting about it here, once again in the '17 board. I've called them clowns for being rude but other than that I can't see why this ban stuff is being spoken of.

If anything is worthy of a ban it's this.

I'm sorry did I hurt your feeling?

Nope, sorry to disappoint! Ive spoken my mind and did so a year ago after the initial press release of the 2017 SCAB. I also realize I might of pushed some buttons a little too hard then so Im more of a casual observer now.

...and you're a gun guy, so there's that too.

New year new you. I like your style.

advise from a former ******* is priceless but only if you take it...

My advice: Randy M calm the **** down, we get it, you like the Gen 2 (guess what? I do too, a lot) and it has the possibility of being a great truck but until long term tests are done no one knows that 100% so calm your shit.

You are not the only one who likes the new Raptor. The majority here do and you for sure know by now the likes and dislikes. Most are all pretty damn legit reasons too. I've never seen so much insecurity over something that is not even in the real world yet.

My Raptor is the best vehicle I've owned to date. I drove it 30k last year. But even I know it's far from perfect and that Ford spread a lot of BS over the past five years with many issues it has.

It was a question, not an accusation. Guys are really defensive here.

Raptors are not easily obtainable mostly due to the price and availability - IE they're not like a Honda Civic where any 16 year old can get one. So it's safe to say most of the forum goers here are older and/or have rich parents. Yet most of them act like they're 16.

Lol so basically you are a koolaid drinker who is not even willing to entertain logic or reason. The eb motor is so far above hameedis head, sure he has input on the project but I promise you he was told what motor to use. To see proof of the strength of this push all you have to do is look at the new GT concept. Name me one true iconic super car carting around under v6 power (aside from the nsx, which is barely a borderline supercar). They don't exist because when you are not compromising you are going to run a v8, 10, 12, or a w16, under forced induction. In fact they already have v8 options better than the eb, this is a company push for a line of motors.

There are/have been plenty of 6 cylinder iconic cars.... Let's be honest, it's not the "V" in the v6 that bothers you, it's the "6". You want 8 cylinders.

If the majority liked the Gen II then there wouldn't be a problem. I really don't get that the Gen I are so insecure that they have to bag on and/or guys who like it.

Agreed. Cant even have an honest discussion and/or debate without the name calling. So much butthurt here.
