so my truck didn't come with the factory scissor lift jack (to which I am not worried about) due to it being traded in and run through an auction (where those auction jack asses take everything out of the truck that isn't bolted down) and am considering buying a Hi-Lift jack to replace it. I know the Hi Lift jack is the **** for changing flats during off roading but what about using it for normal flat repairs on the street?

Hey don't be talking shit about people in auctions, you don't know if the jack and stuff was there before the truck ran through the auction *******.

hey man no worries, I'm ASSuming that is what happened but it also could have been the ********** at the car lot that took out:

-scissor jack
-lug nut wrench
-spare wheel and tire
-sony 8" sub
-center console tray
-rubber insert for drink holder
.....

The high lift jack can only be used on the tow hooks correct ? If so, guys like me with a A.D.D Stealth bumper on the front can't use them right ?

I have question regarding the jack. I took the front wheel off last weekend and placed the OEM jack as indicated and at full extension the front tire did not leave the floor. I had to place a block under the jack to get it high enough. What am i missing here? I do not normally carry a block with me, so if a have a flat on the side of the road i am screwed?
