36K miles in and it has been in and out of the dealer probably 4-5x in the last 3 months for various little annoyances like moonroof track repair, APIM module failure, check valve (IWE noise) replacement and probably another 3 or 4 TSB's that include a transmission flash for hard shifting. Now, with the new check valve in place, the noise from the front end is back after about a month. I'm guessing (and I'm not a tech) that the IWE issue has reached the hubs and they need to be replaced? The issue is intermittent (every 2-3 days) but it happens when I take sharp, slower turns and when I accelerate (as it was doing before). Thoughts on this? thanks in advance!

Same scenario as mine. IWE check valve replaced x 2 and came back, intermittent “grinding” requiring both hub assemblies being replaced at 48,000. I’m not holding my breath on the long term reliability on this truck. It’s a 2017. I’m hoping for 5 - 7 years out of it. Horn stopped working a few days ago and goes in for replacement tomorrow.

It’s gets driven and off-roaded pretty hard too.
