She drives amazing. I'm not yet ready to push her hard but I know she'll do a fine job doing anything I push it to do.

Stopped by the dealer today just to look at it. I noticed they put a freaking dealership sticker on the rear tailgate right about the F150. WTF! What's the best way to get this off? TIA...

Another pic from today.

The easiest way to remove them, as everyone else has stated, is to tell them to take it right back off. Inform them you didn't authorize them to place it on their vehicle and if they had asked, you would have told them no.

I was very clear that I didn't want any dealership merkings.. no decals, emblems, license plate holders.. nada. They were cool and did as I asked.

being a fresh decal it should pull right off, you shouldn't need anything special. If anything some googone to remove any adhesive, but should be fine without anything since it was just installed.

I wouldn't ask them to remove it, I'd ask them to walk around the truck with you to check for any damage, etc. when you accept it. And when you get to the tailgate I'd go "what is this?" and immediately start peeling it off, and hand it over to the salesman and say "i think this belongs to you" lol

Did something similar with our 5.0. It was drop shipped to a dealership, and it was there ALLLLLL friggin day, and we told them the day before we'd be there to grab the car as soon as it arrived. Well all day goes by, couldn't get ahold of the sales rep, left messages we'd be there at 2. Called before we left and finally got ahold of him and said we'd be there in about 90 mins, have the car ready. Got there and they hadn't touched it. Give a big speal about they won't be ready for hours, blah blah blah. I said do the bare minimum you need to do, I'll clean the car myself, just do the required minimum don't bother cleaning it. Well they took about an hour, brought the car around front, and it was filthy dirty as expected, BUT, a plate frame for their dealership and a decal on the trunk lid for their dealership was slapped on the car. WTF!? Since the car was parked in front of the big glass window where the sales rep sat, before we pulled off I jumped out and peeled the sticker off right where they could watch lol.

The dealer is playing games with you (little games) probably mainly b/c of your age. Check the truck and the mileage in depth before leaving the lot.

Them having it on their lot brings others attention to their lot. Putting a sticker on the back of your truck though when they know its already sold= ****** bags.

Since your young there isnt much you can do nor does it feel like a complete accomplishment if your Dad sets em straight (though that can be fun).

Work your ass off to prove others wrong about you being 19 yet getting a 50K truck. Otherwise they win. And dont beat it up or you will feel like a ****** when you take it back to the dealer for repair.

PS-I remember my brother being asked "how does a guy like you get a 50K Lexus" (he had a '97 LX470 NEW) and my brother kindly replied to the ******* "it's $60,000.....not 50." The guy shut up and went back into his hole.

*Enjoy the new ride.
