If you can't find the Gen 1 you want, I would definitely go with a Gen 3!

I'm pretty good at waiting for a great deal to come along. Gen 4 will probably be out before I decide to give up

With the way new car prices are going and the tariffs a Gen 4 will probably be starting at 200 grand plus!

That sucks that the seller backed out on you! There was a ruby red gen 1 in Kansas for sale at a Ford dealer a month ago that I looked at on Autotrader I think. It was below 100,000 miles. Not sure if it’s still available but I’ll keep my eyes open around Oklahoma for you! Just take your time and get the truck you will be happy with. I’ve had all 3 generations and can’t complain about any of them, they all made me smile every time I drove them!

I found a Ruby Red Gen 1 in Colorado with 34K miles on it! I planned to fly in from Texas to go check it out this weekend, was putting in a deposit down and everything. They called me back a day later after I had already spoken to 4 differentl people there and said that they do not do California or Texas deals . Still not giving up hope yet!
