Hang in their brother, they will take care of you. Unfortunately this stuff happens. At least you didn't wreck it a week after you own it. My First brand new truck was totaled by a guy running a red light and T-boning me with just 3wks old and 900 miles on the odometer.

I feel your pain. My Gen 3 was 6 weeks old with 1k miles. It was parked on the street and a drunk driver passed out at the wheel and totaled my truck. Had to place a new order. No skipping for me. Still waiting
OP- you'll be fine. It's a material item. If anything it will teach you some patience.

I did receive the order confirmation email from Ford yesterday. Hopefully I’ll get scheduled for production quickly. Will see how much pull the zone rep has.

Ouch, sorry to hear that man, I kept holdong my breath on my GEN3 hoping I made it past 900 miles so history didnt repeat itself. That would be devastating with these new GEN3. Hope you get your replacement soon.

One big questions I have is when did this happen to my truck? Called FP the day before all this and they told me the truck has not even shipped yet? Then I get a call it totaled the very next day?

I think if something like this happens Ford should give the buyer a report on what happen, where it happen, when, and include pictures of damage!

Why would they give you a report? It’s not “your” truck until you sign for it and give them cash.

I get this whole waiting thing is frustrating (waited 9mo myself) but just because you put your $100 down doesn’t mean ford is entitled to send you an accident report.

It’s an accident, they’re giving you priority code 1, you’ll have your new truck soon. Don’t sweat it…you already waited this long

Who assigned you the 1? It may have been built but sat waiting for chips

Ford. My original build date was 8/6/21 (my Raptor had a PC of 1 at this point), but it didn't go into production until 10/28/21 and was finally completed 1/8/22. The PC of 1 from Ford meant absolutely nothing in my case.
