I did get the email with the heading “totaled raptor” request dealer to contact customer and reorder, will expedite.
Funny thing is I can still track on ford tracker….but now the window sticker has disappeared? I could always see it up to yesterday.

One big questions I have is when did this happen to my truck? Called FP the day before all this and they told me the truck has not even shipped yet? Then I get a call it totaled the very next day?

I think if something like this happens Ford should give the buyer a report on what happen, where it happen, when, and include pictures of damage!

I get it that you want to know BUT technically it is not your truck yet because you have not paid for it. Ford is stepping up and getting you another allocation with a priority code of 1 which means you get to cut every one in line. It will be built quick. I bet you will have your new truck in less than 5 weeks.

Priority code 01 from June 10, 2021 checking in here. It built on March 25th, I skipped absolutely no one in line.

Hopefully OP gets his ASAP, but priority code doesn't really seem to mean anything to Ford when it comes to these.

no. If you look in Ford's ordering system .. Dealerships can only assign 10-19 BUT once in the order banks, it changes to 1 right before it gets scheduled. This is why only Ford can assign 1-9. If he gets a 1 he is pushed to the front.

BUT we will see. I bet he gets scheduled at the next scheduling event.

I don't think this is entirely true. I was assigned PC of 1 and it took 285 days to get my Raptor. Maybe during normal times this is true but not currently.

Hang in their brother, they will take care of you. Unfortunately this stuff happens. At least you didn't wreck it a week after you own it. My First brand new truck was totaled by a guy running a red light and T-boning me with just 3wks old and 900 miles on the odometer.
