is this a decent price for a 2020 screw

looking at a 2020 screw with 802a, moonroof, carbon fiber package & 17" forged wheels. MSRP is 73.4k, dealer offering at 64.7k + ttl. Roughly 12% off of MSRP. Albeit there are no strings, does this sound like a good deal? TIA

IMHO. I think that is a good deal. Most "good" deals seem to be $6k to $6.5k off.
