Is CarPlay default on Sync3?

I’m getting my 2020 800A Raptor in a few days, and it’s not clear to me whether the base head unit can do CarPlay or if that is only for 801A and up?

when searching around, it sounds like any Sync3 should be able to do CarPlay, but I just don’t know for sure.

You have to enable it from the main settings screen. Once that's done, your phone with pair with it and then it will only show when you've connected your phone via cable to the USB ports

I hope you're right. Sounds like you have the 802A. You sure this applies to 800A as well?

Sync 3 has CarPlay. For 2019, Ford updated the F-150 to the SYNC 3 system and added Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
