My Raptor added $200 to my annual insurance premium, that's a $150k/individual, $300k/accident policy on three vehicles (03 Ram2500 Hemi, 08 4Runner, 11 Raptor SCrew) with full replacement coverage and $500 deductibles on the 4Runner and Raptor. Hoping to sell the Ram today...We'll see if that results in lower premiums overall.

Badrap,

For years I thought Allstate was "taking care of me" until on day my new son-in-law gave me a Liberty Mutual quote.....those "dudes" at Allstate were ripping me off big time! If I were you I would shop around.

I have always been told by the local body shop we use to never use places like geico, progressive, the general, etc type of insurance companies because of the run around you will get and the low quality of repairs they authorize. He also said the adjusters are hell to deal with.

I seem to recall reading that the 2010 VINs would show as a normal F-150, but the 2011 VINs would report F-150 SVT Raptor. Anyway, I just got my auto insurance bill (AAA in California) and the Raptor adds $730 for the year (with $500 collision deductible, multi-car discount, good driver discount, and mature driver discount).

I'm at $718 a year or $359 every six months with a $500 deductible with State Farm. The insurance on my wife's 2007 Toyota Sequoia is higher than my 2011 Raptor Screw. The insurance I had on a 2001'Tacoma a couple years ago was more than the Raptor as well. I'm happy with my rate to say the least.
