On the inside of the bedsides there are raised areas of the double wall setup. How would one go about installing tie down tracks there, it is inaccessible for bolt and nut set up.

Are you talking about toward the front of the bed or the back? I installed mine at the back of the bed and I was able to reach up in there to put lock washer & nut on the bolt without any issues. I would think it would be assessible at the front of the bed as well. At least on the Passenger side. The fuel tank will probably hinder the access of the driver side.

You can get to the passenger side if you have a long skinny arm….not sure about drivers side.
Take off the tire and you can reach in there.
The front is not blocked, the rear you must take out the plastic panel in the wheel well.
I installed a hi-lift jack mount that way….using some metal backing plates to stiffen it up a bit so the bolts won't pull thru….
It survived Raptoberfest with no squeak or rattles..!!
Good luck with your project….

was surprised to see the bed rail post holes were not enclosed by pockets in the front.
