No the collar is installed correctly! I think you guys just have been drinking too much today.

Truck sits pretty level to me! I'll get some good pics tomorrow

How does the collar stay put? Looks like there is a groove in the shock body with some sort of radial spacers that get removed?

The collar is machined to sit in that groove where the thin spacers were from the factory. Pretty slick solution IMO.
