Looks good, btw, if a bit naked, without the cleats. How do you plan to tie down your cooler? I have the cleats but didn’t want as many as it comes with. Unfort it’s all or none or they supply them and they can be self installed.
Hot off the presses related to the Switchback anchor plates...

I’ve never had a tonneau cover but I can see the practicality for us when we travel.

how would these do offroad? Would the weight help it stay put or be even more of a danger?

A year later and I still love it!
I love stacking my monster coolers on top the tonneau too as it gives me much more room
Hope you like it!
Install is a breeze!

They are clamped down pretty well and yes I think with the weight of the tonneau it it will help to keep it in place and secure!
