Install new Tow Hooks

I just purchased a set of Amazon for 105.00. Really good quality aluminum. Putting them on this weekend.

Why? Are they stronger than the Ford tow hooks?

They are higher rated than stock plus the red is going to look good with my black Raptor. I’ll post pics.

How do you know that? The web site only says that they "meet or exceed factory tow hook specifications." They don't give the actual spec of their product, and I've never seen a spec for the factory tow hooks.

I'm wondering if the first time you throw a chain or a tow hook thru these would they still look so pretty?

Good question, I guess I will find out on the durability. Ruger stated above on the specs and he is correct. I just quoted some dude off YouTube tube so no hard facts on the specs of the hooks. I’ll see what one winter here in Upstate New York does to them.
