Yes of course, but using heavy steel shackles or chains is def not ideal, especially if using a moving truck to yank it. I only use hard shackles or chains with winches and even then it's a last resort type of thing. Things go real bad with metal parts flying around at 100mph if something breaksYou still need a tow hook or a really stout frame member, right?
