New Samsung LED interior and puddle bulbs

WOW that's bright!

Just the Spyder LED red smoked tail lights... Put one side one, damn hyper flash... Put other side on and works PERFECT! Least as of right now, tomorrow will be true test.

For comparison... I have HeadlightArmor.com 50% light smoke tint on my stock tail lights... It's REALLY close to how these Spyder housings look side by side. Not too dark, not too light... Just to stay as close to legal as possible.

Alright, my review of Spyder LED tail lights....

They're badass, looks so much better than stock and work right out of the box even with LED front signals which I didn't expect! They're just as dark as my stock tails with the 50% light smoke headlight armor so I'm happy about that. One thing I don't care for is the clear lense over the reverse lights.... It was black on stock tails but this one is clear. Pretty sure a little tracing and I can cut out some vinyl that'll cover the sides up.

At night they're awesome, the sides light up more than stock and just look cool. Down side is when using brake lights or signal there isn't a huge difference in light output. it's enough I"m not worried about someone running into me, especially with stock 3rd brake light but not as much as I'd like. As you can see in pictures, the stock LED running lights on bed are brighter than tails, but when braking or signal the tails light up about as bright as them. I hope that explains it good.

Overall, by all means GREAT upgrade! I'd do it again in a heartbeat!!!!

Well.........I said I was done playing with interior lights, but came across some 5630 LED boards that have more LEDs than just replacement bulbs. So $13 later I ordered a pair of 24 LED for map lights and 36 LED for dome light. I'll report back in a couple weeks.

The bulbs in the vanity mirrors, can you get those colored? I would love to do those blue like the rest of my lights.

Just an update on the Spyder tails... It worked fine for a couple days and now seems randomly I get the hyper flash. I'm fairly sure I can just install a load resistor on the front bulbs and be good, so I'll try that tomorrow and report back.

Installed 6ohm load resistors on each side by front signal. Left side for past 2 days works perfectly, right side works fine unless brake is hit (like before). I'm guessing maybe the quick connect didn't penetrate the wire so I'll check it out in a few days when this rain stops.
