you need to call your dealer to get railcar # and if it is norfolk southern or csx then you can look up in the web to see their tracing options ns is automated telephone

Yeah, palsapp only tracks convoy. I am not going to bother my dealer with the above. It will get here when it gets here, watching the train doesn't make it move faster.
