When I order mine USPS delivered it 1 day sooner than the estimated delivery date.
It said it was still in CA also. I am in Illlinois.

FWIW, USPS tracking sucks.
I have ran into multiple problems with their tracking. I had a Priority Mail package once delivered in 5 days instead of the advertised 2-3.
You can call USPS and they can give you alternate info.
Try calling your local USPS DC or your local post office.
