Steve stopped by today and we figured a few things out on the Raptor. The OnX behind the grill is coming along nicely.

Yeah, Mike and the other folks at Baja Designs are great. Hopefully I'll have the bar mounted later today and I can post up some pictres. I'm at RPG getting a Stage 3 right now.

Btw, the 44" OnX is sooooo sexy. With a few washers and spacers it bolts right to the grill bump stop positions. The only slight issue is that the wiring coming out the right side of the bar has to be strained quite a bit to get it in, but BD is going to have a 90 degree solution at some point in the (hopefully note to distant) future, right mike?

Yes we will be working on a 90 degree wire exiting the light bars that will help in situations like this and the exact spacers needed

I messed the the hood bumper (whatever you want to call them). To try out some different lighting ideas.. Without them on, the grill/hood jumps vibrates around even more than usual. (quick run up to auto parts store and back) Enough to convince me to put them back on before going anywhere else.

I am still working on something for it (on my long list of things to do)

I removed the grill bump stops completely today and couldn't tell the difference between when they were in, and I drove about 100 miles round trip to OC and back.
