Icon suspension ride quality

Looking for feedback and help dialing in my suspension for on road daily driving. Off-road I am very happy with the truck and the icons. They are a huge improvement over stock. But on-road my suspension is jittery, stiff/bouncy, and rough on completely flat otherwise smooth roads even up to highway speeds. Once the shocks can travel even a little bit they area amazing, but on smooth normal roads they are a jittery, stiff and bouncy. Just a bit annoying for daily driving.

I have put 7K miles on the suspension/wheels and have adjusted tire pressures up/down. Currently most happy at 35 front and 32 rear, and gone from icon suggested settings, to 20+ different settings to try and dial in the truck in.

I called icon and they suggested they could re shim the shocks softer.. in talking with others it has also been brought up going back to a C rated tire over the KM3’s “d” rating. I have put weight in the bed and it does improve the overall suspension but does not get rid of the stiff feeling.

Getting ready for another long road trip and about to try new tires. Would love to have this thing float a little smoother being it is my daily driver.

I have the same set up as you with the exception of the tires. Mine are 35 km3s. Have you used the set up recommendations that came with the kit? Mine ride like a dream on and off road.

yup. Started there, and then have tweaked it for months seeing if i could make a difference. Best for me is to reduce the tire pressure down to low 30's and tighten the suspension up (+4) in front and +3 on short shaft out back other two as they recommend. but i still have a stiff ride and some wobble or bouncing that comes through on smooth roads. glad to hear yours is smooth. My last resort option is to have the shocks re-shimmed and checked.
