@Swaddict I can't say the noise is coming from the shackles though it's like between the springs. Maybe that is something I should throw on but I hate throwing parts at a problem to see if it sticks.

UPDATE: So as my clunking issue continued I reached out to Icon. (Never rude, disrespectful and polite) I let them know about my issue I was having with my leaf springs. They work closely with my local off-road shop and shop confirmed I was having issues. The shop was not able to correct it and not sure what conversation they had other than they confirmed the noise was there.
A month later I get a message from Icon that a new of leaf springs had been sent to my local shop that installed the first set. So my truck is getting a new set today under warranty.
By the way I did send a video of the noise I was experiencing as well.
While waiting I did a trip out to the desert a couple of weeks ago and all went well. I got home washed the truck and have driven it here and there and guess what? No noises! Truck went in this morning for new leaf springs. Weird, I wonder what caused it or made the noise go away. This has happened before but it comes back. I just hope the shop doesn't drive it and say we can't hear anything.
Reminds me of when your having an issue and you take the truck into the dealer and can't replicate the problem.

Hey Rick Luna, did you ever get your replacement springs put on? And if so, are they any quieter? I just installed a set and they are quiet for everyday driving, but creak and clank during harder articulation. Debating on calling ICON or living with em…

Hey Lane, I did get another set. My local off-road shop installed them and they are quiet. I don't daily the Raptor but the times I have driven, its as quiet as the stock springs. I have them on Option 1. If the noise comes back, I will go back to stock and sell it all.

So I have eibach up front and just upgraded the leafs to icon option 1. Drives awesome but the back is sitting a little high for my liking. Did anyone with option 1 have their rear settle down at all? So far I have about 50 miles on them.

They will settle, I didn't even realize that I was on option3 on my last set. I did tow A LOT and off-road with them. So I'd give it some time.

Okay, so my experience with ICON’s have not been the best. I wanted to upgrade the rear suspension to help with the light towing I do (boat/utility trailer). What I’ve learned after reading this thread is they can be extremely different from set to set. I took the gamble because I figured they were adjustable from stage 1 to 3 and surely I would be happy with one of them. Well, I wasn’t! I initially set them up on stage 2 before install and gained 3 1/4 inches. Way higher than the 2 1/4 advertised. No biggie, I figured I’d just go down to stage 1. Well, stage 1 gave 2 5/8 and that’s after a few hundred miles hoping they would settle. Nope. I also loaded down the bed with 400lbs hoping it would help settle… no difference. Since I’m down on the lowest setting, I’ll be taking these off.

Also, I had the dreaded clunk and pop regardless of stage 1 or 2. I greased between every leaf and torqued everything as it should be. Placing rubber shims between leafs at the front hanger did quiet it down considerably, but never completely eliminated it. I’d consider drop shackles if the dang things would just stop making noise. But not worth the extra $500 to find out. I’m removing and going back to stock. See attached photos. My starting height was 41” with stock springs and 35’s.
Photos of overall truck are as it’s sits now….Stage 1. 43 5/8” from floor.
