We finished the second Raptor front shocks today. 4 hrs total (2.5 hrs on one side, 1.5 hrs on the second side).
The first Raptor was new and everything fit better. The second Raptor was a year old and the shocks were much more difficult to install. The top hat of the shock was nearly impossible to line up and get high enough to insert the three bolts. The bottom of the shock would not fit into the LCA with the spacers installed. We had to use brute force to get the end in and insert the bottom bolt. We could have done the second truck in 3 hrs or less if we didn't have this problem.
Now we both need a serious front-end alignment!! And probably a spinal alignment!
