Well looks like I'm not only one :(

Sad part is that shocks were really well balanced between front and rear. I was having so much fun and this ended all that fun.

Get hold of ICON. They are aware of the problem. I was talking to Dylan at TRR and asking why and he said that there must of been an issue during assembly with a batch of them. Get them to replace. Curious when did you get yours? I ordered mine in November 2015. The ones they sent me in May 2016 went through TRR with no issues.

I have send email to person i bought them from already. I will contact Icon too after i hear from vendor i bought them from. I'm not sure how warranty things work on US but here you needs to go thru vendor where it's purchased.
Bought these December but got them mid January. These was installed to truck 2nd of April, so basically brand new and they got open somehow.

I did decision based on two things when i made my brand (Fox, Icon) choice and now i will see was it worth.

*For those that read this and thinks that these are not good quality shocks, i can tell one thing. These performed better then great before this and i was so happy to have these on my truck. In fact there were other people too that would have been more than happy, to have these on their vehicle

Dude not funny, my feelings are still hurt. We could talk about my bumper warranty though :ROFLJest:

:ROFLJest: Either way, I'm impressed you and Fabien had everything hold up so well on that insane journey!

Sounds like we had the same batch. I ordered mine the last week of November and they arrived in December. The date code on the outside of my box had a date in Nov 15'. Bet yours does too, if you still have the boxes. Did you by chance get the wrong shock bracket too? They had in the box, the brackets for the rear RXT shock.

I just checked my box and it says Nov 19 and i did not have RXT bracket in it. So i just wonder if they only had problem in that patch, why mine came apart?

Nov 19th sounds right. Bet they had some newbie building them or the guy was stoned and forgot a few things.
