100% same for me, don’t have extended warranty on my 2020 but it’s a last of the run build no cam phaser issues not one issue (other than an IWE check valve just recent no biggie) well maintained w/ 82k miles & mods I opted to rebuild the suspension for $4500 vs buying a gen3

The ONLY thing the gen3 has over the Gen2 is cool rear & interior updated (altho that’s the case for all F150s) the exterior design of the gen2 is the most aggressive, distinctive, & immediately recognizable from a distance as “raptor” vs a gen3 that I find myself doing a double or triple take on to confirm it’s a raptor not a “lesser” F150 you can easily mistake a tremor for a gen3 raptor. The gen2 exterior seems wider & chunkier looking while the gen3 more reserved & chiseled.

The fact that you cannot tune a new gen3 sealed the deal on my decision to keep my 2020 for another 50k miles or so- there’s no way I’m paying more $$$ for a new truck w/ a payment that’s gonna be slower than the old one I’m trading in.

I was planning on an upgrade this year, but Ford cheaping out has cooled my ardor. I still might, my seats are packing out and getting uncomfortable and a lot of maintenance is due, but I’m not excited about it. Had they kept all of the features, I’d be shopping now.
