I was expecting a completely different thread when I read the title. Sucks when you have issues with something so new, hope they get it fixed quickly for you.

Did they give you a new transfer case?

They did. Was a new part number from Ford (as opposed to the one that came with the 2018 stock Raptor).

Finally got the truck back in my possession last night (they had it for 20 days). Drives great so far. I'll update with any issues if they arise.

Got the news on the damages. Needs a new Transfer Case. On back order so problems won’t have the truck for 2 or 3 weeks!

Wow, that is incredible.

My '18 is off-road regularly and I even had it in Baja mode twice today going up access roads here in PA plus I drive it in Sport mode 90% of the time with no issues @ 11k miles (I've had the truck since late January). Sometimes the t-case takes a minute to catch up with a mode change when off-road but otherwise, it's been smooth.

Sorry to hear about the delay time. They told me the same thing except they told me it would be over a month. It was then that I asked about the Lemon Law and miraculously a new part showed up a few days later.
