Longer wheelbase truck will always ride nicer than shorter wheelbase trucks. Plus the bigger fuel tank mean I don't have to stop as often. Bigger back seat or when flipped up means more room for stuff or activities in the back. Plus I don't have to worry about my ******* friends hopping in the front and shutting the front door first and then shutting the rear door and banging the shit out of each other. I won't ever have to worry about rear door rattles because my "B" pillar is fixed rather than Scabs that will rattle and squeak over time. Which also brings up another good point. The cab of a Screw is "stiffer" than a Scab. Scab cabs will flex and twist more than a Screw would. Screws are safer because of the fixed "B" pillar. I don't regret getting a Screw at all and I'm single. I've been single my whole life. I don't give a shit either.

Cruiser, I'm getting my '13 SCAB fully loaded delivered to Germany as you know. Do you think I would make any money if I sold it in a year when I move back to the states? I would just order a new one to have in the states and someone told me I could make a lot of money selling it here. I've looked on websites and they look like they're selling for 50,000-65,000 Euros which is a shit ton of US Dollars. Sorry to hijack.

You are right, prices for used Raptors in Germany are incredible high compared to the US. But if you see how long the cars stick at the dealer or private seller, I think it would take you a year to find a buyer. Not sure if this will help you.

My 2010 Raptor was a SCAB but I wanted the SCREW this time around. I like the extra leg room when I have passengers. I am 6-1 and now I don't have to move my seat up when someone is sitting behind me.

I also like the extra storage capacity that is out of the elements.

i started with a screw now i got an scab.... the crew was nice lots of space for empty bottles and shit. but it was just to big hahha and the large gas tank ment that when i filled from a 1/2 tank it was like 80$ in this its 50$ and i some how got to work just as many days befor i got gas. and back seat room..... i dont sit in the back of my own truck... if you dont like it ****....

i bought a scab and wish i would of gone screw. With the dog the scab isnt quiet big enough for long trips

I ordered a SCREW, but I agree that the SCAB looks better and is cheaper....since my truck has not been ordered, I've been tempted to change. But I do have 2 kids so I think in the long run, I'll be happier with the SCREW.
