I took a road trip and met up with BigJ and Stoner at DV. Some of the mountain roads and hair pins made me realize shorter wheel base was the way to go. Highway driving, I could see where a long wheel base and a little extra interior room could be nice, but it is still, just a "little" extra room. At nearly a hundred bucks an inch, depending on selling price, I'm fine with my short 4 door. Money better spent on mods imo.

Agreed. I have been in several situations off road where the additional wheelbase would have been a big liability. And as far as room for kids goes, my kiddo sits back there with no complaints.

Someone show me a picture of a White SCAB w/ Boatec or Glassworks and 37's....I'm thinking that might look really good. My kids are right around 4 and 7, they should be small enough to fit and not bitch.

I wasnt sure on the scab when i ordered it .. But dam am I happy.. My last rig was a FX4 screw longbed on Icon coilovers and 34s.. Going from that giant 157" WB to this whittle raptor really gives it that race truck feel.. Corners like a RC truck in comparison

Screw Invoice >> $42,489
Scab Invoice >> $39,858

Options prices are the same for Scab and Screw. If you got 7K difference from the above math then I suggest using a calculator. :)

I get invoice pricing, fully loaded SCAB is like 45k… I paid around 52ish for my SCREW. 7 grand is a RPG 4+.

I went with the SCAB since it was how the original Raptor was created.

No regrets with the SCAB at all!
