If you don't need the backseats, DON"T get a SCAB! I have had both and other than putting crap in the back seat for a trip it was worthless to me. And you can still put a lot of stuff in the backseat of a SCREW.

Larger fuel tank - no big deal to me. I have to stop to pee before my "smaller" tank gets empty anyway.

Shorter wheel base/turning radius - awesome when off road or even parking around town.

Being a bit short in the tooth like Sage, a SCREW does not look as cool to me as a shorter truck. We grew up when a regular cab was the only truck you could get. Even after owning a SCREW I never could get used to it's look.

But if you are hauling more than 2 people very often, you will want.

Resale - I don't buy that a SCAB will be harder to sell. There is a market for both. While a SCREW may appeal to some people, it won't to others.

I'll agree the scab looks a little better, but I've never been in a situation offroad or parking where I couldn't do it in my screw, but someone in a scab could've, and even without having more than 2 people in the truck very often, I've used every square inch of the cab and bed alot, it's nice not having to hook up a trailer to haul that extra little bit of stuff

the extra room in the cab made the difference, the back seats have been full to the roof multiple times

What you doing with your truck?! I would rather pull a trailer at that point anyways.

I hear that. Yea, that's not a usual occurrence. Not worth a screw in my opinion. I bought my truck for one option and one option only. Offroading when I can. I don't have kids....Yet nor will be a bother when I do. The Housewife will be looking into a Porsche sport SUV or rangERover sport anyways so I can haul *** freeway driving if need be. She'll have the house responsibilities covered as I never get this and that right anyway. Haha.
