that tip is actually for the 5.0 Mustangs which have EPAS. The Raptors it seems the best tip for a clean oil change is just drop the whole skid rather than drop just the little door in the skid.

Wow. With that attitude, if I had had prior experience with the service dept and was happy with it, I'd have given the service mgr a few minutes to fire the tech on the spot. "I'm sorry" from the tech doesn't cut it, given what he did and what he said. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere or do it myself.
