Ok I’m going to break this old thread out of its slumber.

I need to get my driver's seat back to working. I have a base model so my seat has limited power functions of seat bottom front up/down, seat bottom at the back up/down, and forward and back on the rails to give leg room, lumbar is manual.

My issue is the driver’s seat won’t move forward and back on the rails to give leg room. I need to know where to look for these wires. In the seat under the plastic panel on the seat? In the door jam along the rocker panel? I suspect this area because of the work done in that area shortly before the seat stopped functioning.
