I can't go on sport mode ..why i can only do normal and weather mode?

Probably need to provide some additional info. What year is your truck? can you post pictures or video of what you are seeing? Is the vehicle showing any codes or error messages on the dash? if it is still under warranty then contact your dealer.

No codes its a 2018 no message either

GEN 2 - Drive modes missing

Got in the truck tonight, went to change the drive mode to sport, and it's missing. The drive modes were there last night. Now the only modes that are showing is normal and weather. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This. Looks like the ignition key being used is programmed as a “My Key”, which limits available drive modes, settings, and features. This can be verified by checking the settings in the Instrument Cluster.

yeah, I only messed with MyKey once, in the vain hope that I might be able to get around the default to normal mode ... Hey - I was a n00b owner...

But I recall that locking out the modes was a potential feature. MyKey is on the main screen - the one with the speedo and tach. There’s a MyKey section in the owners manual describing use, programming etc.
