New development! Ran fine until I was in line at the bank the other day when it just quit again. A little research showed the blower relay was relay 3 and the rear defog was relay 4 - identical. A quick swap of the two and the AC was fine, no rear defog. $20 for a new relay (and a spare) ald all is well again.

Nice! Adding spare relay or two to parts box, and note to self to include in diagnostics BEFORE more expensive parts heh.
