How to secure wire harness on aftermarket fender without inner liners

Hey anyone who has installed aftermarket fenders without inner liners has any tip to secure wire harnesses ?
The reason i m asking is because i left the harness hanging out and my truck blew a pcm relay and fuse

Working in the aviation industry, I have access to certain small parts that aren't necessarily accounted for. I took a bunch of stand-offs, clamps and double bubble (super strong epoxy in single use packs). I just glued the stand offs where I needed them and clamped the bundle of wires to them. Kinda hard to see in this picture but it's the only one I got.
