Excellent...
You might want to put grommets at all of the frame holes and firewall holes that wires and air lines pass through to friction damaging the wires/air lines...

Only hole I had to make was for the air line to the gauge and it is sealed with a rubber bushing to keep water out and protect the line. Everything else runs through existing holes and aren't moving anywhere they're secured with zip ties in most places

I have purposely avoided your DIY because I want the same kit for mine and after installing a similar type kit for airbags and an exhaust brake system on one of my Dmaxes. The install and pricing is such that the only thing holding me back is time...lol Great write up indeed!

Great project - nicely executed and it's a terrific mod to have in any off road vehicle. I really like what you've done!

And I'm very impressed with your write-up. It's well done with lots of pictures and the text is clearly written to support your work and the pictures. Having written a number of these myself I know how long it really takes to take all the pictures and organize them and do write-ups that include and support the pics. You've done a great job with the write-up too.

This was my only concern...

And, while you have zip tied everything I suggest you find a way to grommet/protect ALL the holes you ran wires and hoses through. Zip ties won't last forever and a little protection will be worth your time down the road.

Thanks again for your write-up!

thanks dan! it means a lot and i enjoy doing these write ups.

as for the holes the other holes that i ran through already had the rubber protection on it minus the frame holes but i did spray some rubber bed liner coating on there and also put duct tape over that to keep that edge smooth so it wont hurt the lines i know the duct tape isn't gonna last but the spray on bed liner i used should last.. its a rubber coating i got at auto zone it comes in a spray can pretty cheap and works great!
