How many Gen 2 owners bought without test driving?

How many miles have you guys had on your special order trucks? Mine arrived at the dealer a couple weeks ago and I can't pick it up for another three weeks. I probably shouldn't be worried about some sales people tearing around in my new toy...but I am.

I actually visited the Mint 400 in March of 2016 to see the Raptor in person

$7K deposit in July, 16

$7K deposit in Jan, 16 "people were fighting over allocations"

Financed and paid for, a week before seeing the truck

Mine had 40 miles on it when I picked it up.

no test drive but did set in one and start it up . my truck came in with 19 miles on the od

Not only did I never see or drive my truck but because this is an out of state deal, a person I've never met (detailer) inspected it, took delivery for me to Line-X, roof wrap, tint, and paint protect the cab.

I leave next week for pickup.

Definitely a leap of faith, but FWIW the detail guy has a solid rep. Plus he's already done a friend of mines Raptor, and has worked with cars that are 5-6x the price of this truck.

I test drove it in the rain before doing any paperwork but was suprised that they offered me the test drive because I really was just happy to see it in person and sit in it. I was already sold on it. It was just a matter of getting them to go down on the markup.

Never drove a gen1 or gen2. Coming from some decently quick cars and a pretty fast Cummins. Hoping that the gen2 is awesome
