I gotta agree here , think about buying a decently equipped gen 3 5.0 and slapping a whipple on it. Then just go to aftermarket for some 5 link rear goodness w/ beefed up driveline. and some external bypass, perhaps some mild lift and geometry/ strengthening the cv shafts up front… def will be way less than the rap R. Anything turn key is going to be way more expensive.

Yeah, if all you want is a V8, the TRX looks like the win. But if you want a trophy to show off your connections and your wealth ... the R, hands down. Different strokes.

I’m looking into a V8 swap for my Gen2. Now that the R has shown to be Silly money. Been surfing online to educate myself. Hennessy always pops up, are their kits available from other sources? Super charged Coyote would be So fun.
