How hard to remove the exterior graphics?

So my dealer listed their dealer order Raptor on their website (status: dealer ordered). I'm thinking (hoping) it might come in a couple of months ahead of my custom ordered one (October 11th build week).

The only differences between theirs and mine are: color (theirs antimatter, mine agate; antimatter is growing on me though), no tonneau cover or bedliner (easy aftermarket additions), and the damned graphics package.

I cannot STAND the orange graphics (though I'll at least wait to see it in person before shaming Ford into submission).

My question: if I were to pick up the dealer order Raptor instead of waiting for mine, how hard is it to REMOVE the graphics from the truck cleanly? Should your average paint and body shop be able to tackle it? Planning to get it PPF'ed/paint corrected anyway, so maybe it can all be done at once?

Not a bad job to do... Just takes time. Warm it up and start in one spot and work around.
I ordered mine with graphics figuring I could remove if I didn't like them.

This!

I did this with my F-150. It's something you should do sooner than later. It can leave an edge that will require compound and polishing to take out.

I'd assume easy day, hairdryer, pull, clay, clean and wax.

goo-be-gone seemed to make removal a little faster and got rid of the excess adhesive. Mine had been on for several years though, coming off in many different pieces. Could be easier if it hasn't been on very long.

Another option is to see if the dealership would take it off for you.

Gotta be careful with Goo Gone. Enough time on the clear and it will eat it. WD40 is a better choice when dealing with sticker residue. ;)

I removed my hood graphic a few months ago. The removal process was very easy and took me less than an hour. My truck is white, so I didn’t notice any fade. You probably won’t have any with a new truck. If I were in your shoes I would save the money and do it myself.

I would recommend the hair dryer over a heat gun. The hair dryer gets plenty hot and this isn’t a race. I would also use a clay bar over goo gone. The goo gone didn’t really do anything to speed up the process for me. Find a sharp corner, work it with some heat, and lightly pull away with a finger nail. Mine came off in pieces, which I believe made the process easier to manage.
